Program overview
The Master of Arts in Ecclesial Administration and Management (MEAM) is a professional degree that prepares clergy for effective and efficient parish and diocesan leadership.
The 30-credit MEAM degree consists in a one-week on-campus intensive immersion session and the balance of the coursework online.
Program Goals
The MEAM program is designed to prepare clergy and laity for effective and efficient leadership by:

- Providing innovative and forward-looking training and practice in financial and management skills necessary to organize, implement, manage, and evaluate material and personnel aspects involved in Church administration with an understanding of the primacy of the supernatural nature of the Church, its mission to evangelize and sanctify
- Preparing students to manage day-to-day administrative responsibilities effectively and efficiently, and so they will best respond to challenges and difficulties that might arise as they carry out their work of evangelization
